School District Boundaries
Educational Service District 105 maintains legal descriptions of the 25 school districts within its service region. In accordance with RCW 28A.315.065, District boundary changes – Submission to county auditor, it is the ESD’s responsibility to submit any boundary changes to the county auditor within 30 days after the changes have been approved. You may also need to reference 28A.315.075.

Regional Committee
In accordance with RCW 28A.315.095-165, Regional Committees have been established to act on issues including but not limited to: (1) changes in the organization and extent of school districts in the ESD; (2) equitable adjustments of the property and other assets and of the liabilities as to the old school districts and the new districts, if any, involved in or affected by a change in the organization; and (3) maintain records of public hearings regarding formation of new school districts.
