Teacher of the Year Program

Nominate a Teacher of the Year from your district!
Each year ESD 105 sponsors the Regional Teacher of the Year award. Now is the time to nominate a teacher from your district. This year, nominations from the public are due to your local school district during May 2009. (Contact your local school district for the deadline.)

School districts will be selecting up to two nominees by Friday, May 29, 2009. School districts must forward all final nominee application materials to ESD 105 on or before Friday, May 29, 2009.

Selection of the Regional Teacher of the Year is targeted for August. The State Teacher of the Year selection committee will then contact and interview the finalists for the statewide award in September.

The following forms must be completed when nominating a Teacher of the Year:

Application (prepared by nominated teacher; also requires 3 recommendations plus Nomination Sheet)

Background Information Form (prepared by nominated teacher)

School District Nomination Sheet
